The aim of this training program is to encourage and enable the adoption of digital technologies, platforms and business models for SMEs throughout Grenada. Through practical and actionable training, the initiative aims to help your businesses bolster productivity and competitiveness across your industries, encouraging innovation and strengthening digital capacities for business managers and owners. The training will be broken down into three core modules, each of which will comprise of different webinars and self-paced activities.

Exploring the importance of digital strategies for businesses, determining the types of digital solutions which are best suited and plans for implementation, including cost-benefit considerations. 

Module 2: Digital Tools for Business & Operational Productivity
Overview and practical demonstration of internal business tools such as ERP systems and collaboration tools to enable operational efficiencies and improved productivity. 
 
Module 3: Digital Visibility & Engagement
Strengthening online visibility and client / customer engagement by optimizing online platforms and ensuring that this visibility links to business results.
